Raphaël Pittet is a PhD candidate in Law, specializing in innovation, under joint supervision by Université Côte d'Azur and the University of Montreal. After completing one of the earliest Master's programs in Banking Law and FinTech, he gained substantial experience in emerging technologies applied to the legal field. His background includes work as an innovation and business consultant at IBM Consulting France, where he contributed to the quantum computing and mechanics unit. His current research focuses on quantitative approaches to law, legal informatics, and the integration of digital solutions into judicial processes. He is supported by the LexUM Chair, which accompanies him in his research endeavours. As an active member of the Cyberjustice Laboratory, he contributes to projects aimed at making justice more accessible, more efficient, and forward-looking in the digital age. Through his commitment, he helps position the Cyberjustice Laboratory as a key player in the digital transformation of the judicial system.
